1. Who we are

Nem (“Nem”, “we”, “us”) builds NFC identity cards and digital networking profiles. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mynem.in and how we use it. You can reach us any time at hello@mynem.in.

2. What we collect

Pre-registration details you submit: name, email address, phone number, state, and the card tier you are interested in.
Technical data collected automatically: a hashed form of your IP address (used only for spam and duplicate protection), browser type, and referring page.
Product analytics: anonymous page views and interaction events used to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To confirm your pre-registration and hold your place in the queue.
To email you when it is your turn to choose a card and complete your order.
To provide support and answer questions you send us.
To improve the product and prevent abuse of the sign-up form.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service: a cloud database and hosting provider to store your registration, an email delivery provider to send your confirmation and updates, and a product analytics provider. These providers process data only on our instructions.

5. How long we keep it

We keep pre-registration records for as long as needed to fulfil your order or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep a record.

6. Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of that email.
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@mynem.in.

7. Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the people who need it to operate Nem. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

Nem is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and change the date above. For significant changes affecting people already registered, we will also send an email.
